General Terms & Conditions
When engaging with SiD Ireland, specifically for education-related services, it is assumed that the information provided by the applicant is correct and furthermore, the applicant undertakes to undertake to comply with all regulations of both SiD Ireland (Global Language) and / or all educational institute partners of SiD Ireland (Global Language).
It is also assumed that all applicants understand that both SiD Ireland (Global Language) and / or all educational institute partners maintains the right to change any of the details given in any course brochure and that courses are offered subject to student demand.
A deposit of €500 is required in every instance in order to reserve your place on any course, and to receive your Offer Letter. If any request to cancel is made after the deposit is paid, the entire amount of €500 is non-refundable.
Any cancellation by any applicant prior to the commencement of any course will incur a fee of 30% of the fees paid OR the course cost.
No course fees will be refunded once a course has commenced. Full completion of an application form is taken as confirmation that these terms and conditions are understood and agreed to.
